The Saudi Esports Federation has launched the Level Up Program in collaboration with VANGUARD, giving Academy graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the esports industry through the live operations of the PRIME League.

The initiative is part of the Saudi Esports Federation’s ongoing efforts to empower national talent and create practical opportunities for graduates of the Saudi Esports Academy. The programme is designed to help participants apply the knowledge they have gained through their Academy training in a professional working environment.

Through their involvement in the live operations of the PRIME League, participants will gain practical industry experience while developing skills relevant to careers in esports. The programme is intended to serve as a bridge between academic learning and professional practice, giving graduates an opportunity to experience the operational side of a live esports competition.

Rawan Albutairi, Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Esports Federation, said the programme represents a continuation of the talent-development process after graduates complete their Academy training.

“At the Saudi Esports Federation, we believe that the journey of developing talent does not end with the completion of the Academy's training programs. Rather, it marks the beginning of a new stage, one that empowers graduates to apply their knowledge in professional working environments. Our collaboration with Vanguard through the "Level Up" Program reflects this vision by providing participants with hands-on industry experience that equips them with the skills, confidence, and practical expertise needed to contribute to the continued growth of Saudi Arabia's esports sector. It also reflects our shared commitment to developing a new generation of Saudi talent capable of shaping the future of the industry in the Kingdom.”

The programme places practical experience alongside the formal training provided by the Saudi Esports Academy. By participating in the PRIME League’s live operations, graduates can apply their existing knowledge while gaining direct exposure to a professional esports environment.

The Saudi Esports Federation has positioned talent development as an important part of its work to support the growth of esports in Saudi Arabia. Level Up gives Academy graduates a defined opportunity to continue developing their skills after completing their training, with their experience taking place within an active esports league.

The collaboration with VANGUARD also gives participants an opportunity to gain experience through the operational delivery of the PRIME League. The available announcement does not specify the duration of the programme, the number of graduates taking part, or the individual roles participants will undertake.

For the graduates involved, the programme provides an opportunity to move from Academy training into practical industry experience. The Saudi Esports Federation says the initiative is intended to equip participants with the skills, confidence and practical expertise needed to contribute to the continued development of Saudi Arabia’s esports sector.

Level Up also forms part of the Federation’s stated commitment to developing a new generation of Saudi talent capable of contributing to the future of the industry in the Kingdom. By giving Academy graduates experience within a live esports operation, the programme connects the skills developed through training with practical experience in the professional esports environment.
